RAJ GOVIND JADHAV started there SOCIALWORK from college in 2012, starting as Student CONGRESS N.S.U.I member in 2014, in 2016 Pune City Student Congress President Bhushan Ranbhare saw the work of RAJ GOVIND JADHAV and gave him the responsibility as Kothrud Assembly Student Congress President.

From there he participated in many Protest-Agitations, Agitated for many students. Among them, there were numerous agitations such as fee hike, ragging, anti-fraud movement in network marketing, job fraud. While at the College of Engineering, he established “Swarajyarakshak Pratishthan” the present Shivshahi Pratishthan with the aim of cleaning the fort and helping the needy. Every year in the month of December, they distribute clothes, Blankets and hats to the needy people on the road, clean the fort, carry out a campaign that will enable by giving 2-3 dozen Goods without paying the people who ask for money, many such Operative activities are carried out by Shivshahi Pratishthan. In 2022, the Congress party saw the work of Raj Govind Jadhav and gave him the opportunity to become a member of the Maharashtra Government's "Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Anudan Yojana" Kothrud Assembly - Haveli Taluka. Raj Govind Jadhav's Main objective is to do something for the Poor & Needy People in the society.

राज गोविंद जाधव यांनी २०१२ मध्ये कॅालेज पासून समाजसेवेत काम करण्यास सुरवात केली, २०१४ मध्ये विद्यार्थी काँग्रेस N.S.U.I सदस्य म्हणून सुरवात करत,  २०१६ मध्ये पुणे शहर विद्यार्थी काँग्रेस अध्यक्ष भुषनदादा रानभरे यांनी राज गोविंद जाधव यांचे कार्य बघून त्यांना कोथरुड विधानसभा विद्यार्थी काँग्रेस अध्यक्ष म्हणून जबाबदारी दिली. तिथून अनेक अंदोलनात सहभागी होत, अनेक विद्यार्थ्यांनसाठी अंदोलन केले. त्यामधील प्रमुख विद्यार्थांनचे फी दरवाढ, रॅगिंग, नेटवर्क मार्केतींग मध्ये फसवनूकी विरोधातील अंदोलन, नोकरी मध्ये फसवणूकअसे असंख्य अंदोलन केले.  इंजिनरींग कॅालेजला असताना स्वराज्यरक्षक प्रतिष्ठान आताचे शिवशाही प्रतिष्ठानची स्थापना करुन गढ किल्ले स्वच्छता, गोर गरीब गरजू लोकांना सहकार्य करण्याच्या हेतूने संस्था स्थापन केली.  दरवर्षी डिसेंबर महीन्यात रस्तावरील गरजू लोकांना कपडे-चादर-कानटोपी वाटप, गढ-किल्ले स्वच्छता मोहीम, पैसे मागणार्या लोकांना पैसे न देता २-३ डझन भांडवल देऊन मी सक्षम बननार मोहीम राबवने, छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज - छत्रपती संभाजी महाराज यांचे एकेरी उल्लेख असणारे फलक बदलने मोहीम, असे अनेक मोहीम-सहकार्य करणारे कार्य शिवशाही प्रतिष्ठान तर्फे करण्यात येतात.  २०२२मध्ये काँग्रेस पक्षानी राज गोविंद जाधव यांचे कार्य बघून त्यांना महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या “संजय गांधी निराधार अनूदान योजना” कोथरुड विधानसभा - हवेलीतालूका सदस्य पदी संधी दिली. सतत समाज्यातील गरजू वर्गासाठी काहीतरी कार्य करणे हे राज गोविंद जाधव यांचे प्रमुख उद्दिष्ट आहे.
